Regulation 15 Consultation Statement and Neighbourhood Plan Final Submission – April 2026
Following on from the Regulation 14 Consultation, the Neighbourhood Plan has now been updated to reflect the feedback received. The Final Submission has been sent to Maldon District Council along with the Regulation 15 Consultation Statement. We now await Maldon District Council’s final comments prior to the document being submitted to the Planning Inspectorate.
Regulation 14 Consultation from 18th February to 1st April 2026
Residents and stakeholders can view the Plan and submit responses online or at local drop-in sessions. After consultation, comments will inform a final draft, which will be submitted for independent examination and, if successful, put to a Parish referendum. If approved, the Plan will become part of the statutory development framework, guiding future planning decisions for the Parish.
Community participation is strongly encouraged. It is your plan so make sure that you have your say for the future of your village.
