APPEAL DECISION: THE APPEAL IS DISMISSED
07/10/22 The Appeal has been dismissed (Planning permission refused).
25/08/2022 We continue to await the decision of the Planning Inspector. We will update this website page and send out a village email notification when we have received notification.
24/06/22 The Warren Appeal Inquiry moved ahead of schedule over the last few days and ended at lunchtime yesterday after the site visit, subject to the closing statements being made virtually on Tuesday morning (9.30).

3 March 2022 Informed that the appeal will now be decided on the basis of an Inquiry. The Inspector appointed to decide the appeal is Jonathan Price BA(Hons) DipTP MRTPI DMS
and the inquiry will open at 10.00am on 21 June 2022. Currently scheduled for 4
sitting days. The inquiry will be open to the public and when more details are known this site will be updated. Representatives from Woodham Walter Parish Council will attend the inquiry.
22 January 2022 Woodham Walter Parish Council has submitted it’s response to the Appeal.
13 December 2021 An Appeal has been made by The Warren Estate.
